Library Search Capabilities Enhanced

Admin Portal > Content Manager > Tactics > Web Content Syndication

We’ve enhanced the search speed in the Campaign and Asset libraries, making it easier for partners to find the content they need quickly. This improvement is especially useful for vendors with extensive content, ensuring a more efficient and seamless experience for partners.

Email Downloads to PDF Now Available

Admin Portal > Content Manager > Tactics > Email

Partner Portal > Marketing Center > Asset/Campaign Library > Email

You can now download your emails as PDFs directly from the Email tactic, giving you more control and flexibility. This feature enables:

  • Print-Ready Resources: Keep the design and formatting intact for high-quality prints.
  • Offline Access: View and share email content even without an internet connection.
  • Consistent Presentation: Ensure your emails look professional across all devices and platforms.

Social Campaigns Copy Functionality Added

Admin Portal > Content Manager > Tactics > Social

You can now easily copy existing social campaigns from the Content Manager (Note: Individual social posts cannot be copied). This new feature helps you:

  • Save Time: Quickly duplicate posts without starting from scratch.
  • Tailor Campaigns: Effortlessly create different versions for various segments, industries, or languages.

Enhancements to the Integrated Campaign Report

Admin Portal > Program Manager > Reports > Integrated Reports

We're excited to bring you the most current and accurate data to help you better analyze the performance of your integrated campaign activity. With these updates, you’ll gain access to more precise metrics and insights, allowing for improved decision-making and campaign adjustments.

Here’s what’s new:

  1. Improved download information accuracy: When calculating data previously, downloads were linked to all campaigns that included a specific asset, which made it harder to see the most accurate download performance. Now, downloads are tied directly to the campaign where the download took place, giving you more precise data to analyze engagement. The following KPIs will be affected by this update:

    • Campaigns used
    • Assets Used
    • Accounts Downloaded
    • Unique Accounts Downloaded
    • Total Downloads

  2. Integrated Campaign Creation Date Filter: To help you analyze campaign activity more effectively, the report will continue to default to the Activity Date filter showing activities from the last 12 months. However, we've extended the Integrated Campaign Creation Date filter to allow data from older campaigns to be included, offering you a broader scope of insights for campaigns launched beyond the past year.

  3. Fix on the Overview (Trends) Tab – Campaigns Created by Month: Previously, some discrepancies appeared in the "Campaigns Created by Month" chart due to partners copying the campaign at different dates. This has been fixed, and the report will now use the correct vendor campaign creation date, ensuring consistent and accurate data.

  4. Removal of Universal Analytics Metrics: With Google’s transition from Universal Analytics (UA) to GA4 almost a year ago, we’ve been showing UA metrics (suffixed with "Be*") alongside GA4 metrics (suffixed with "Af*"). As we now have a full year’s worth of GA4 data, we will be removing the UA metrics.

The following KPIs will no longer be available:

    • Accounts with WCS Traffic (Be)*
    • WCS Pages with Traffic (Be)*
    • Accounts with Pages & Forms Traffic (Be)*
    • Pages & Forms with Traffic (Be)*
    • Total Pageviews (Be)*
    • Pages and Forms Pageviews (Be)*

(NOTE: you can still access this data within the following reports: Content Syndication & Pages and Forms)
