Social media post management simplified with new copy and edit functionality

Admin Portal > Content Manager > Tactics > Social

We are excited to announce the launch of our new Social Post Copy and Edit functionality. This feature has been developed to streamline your social media management across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, making it easier than ever to create, edit, and manage posts across multiple platforms simultaneously. Key highlights of this feature include:

  • Unified Post Creation: Create a post once and seamlessly apply it across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter campaigns.
  • Cross-Platform Editing: Edit a post on one platform, and apply changes across all linked campaigns.
  • Character Limit Validation: Ensure compliance with platform-specific character limits (Facebook: 4,000, LinkedIn: 3,000, Twitter: 280) with built-in alerts.
  • Unlink and Manage Independently: Unlink posts for independent editing and management, providing greater flexibility.
  • Increased LinkedIn Character Limit: Expanded from 1,300 to 3,000 characters, allowing for richer content sharing.

Mobile device formatting now available in the Drag & Drop Editor

Admin Portal > Content Manager > Emails/Landing Pages/Documents/WCS >Drag & Drop Editor > Mobile

When working in the Drag & Drop Editor, you can now seamlessly optimize your content for mobile devices, ensuring it looks stunning no matter where it’s viewed.

With the new update, you can easily fine-tune several elements for mobile-specific display:

  • Text Editing: Adjust font weight, size, and spacing to make your text stand out.
  • Image Editing: Modify image size and position for perfect alignment on smaller screens.
  • Padding: Customize padding to enhance the layout and overall mobile user experience.
  • And More!

As you make these mobile-specific changes, keep an eye on the Mobile tag—it turns blue to show your adjustments apply exclusively to mobile views. To switch back to standard formatting, just click the 'X'.

Two new enhancements to the Campaign Automator setup now available

Admin Portal > Content Manager > Campaigns > Marketing Assts

Social Campaigns as a Standalone Tactic: You now have the flexibility to add social campaigns independently within the campaign automator. This means you no longer need to pair them with an email campaign, allowing for more focused and effective social media strategies tailored to your needs.

Email Nurturing Tactics Without a Standalone Email: We've made it easier to incorporate email nurturing tactics into your campaigns. You can now add nurturing emails to the automator setup without needing a standalone email campaign. This change provides greater versatility in how you engage with your audience, enhancing your ability to nurture leads and build stronger relationships.

Flexible link options now available with Web Content Syndication

Admin Portal > Content Manager > Tactics> Web Content Syndication

You now have the option to control how your linked pages open when using the web content syndication tactic. Choose to open linked pages in a new tab, the same tab, or display them as a pop-up. This added flexibility allows you to tailor the user experience to better fit your campaign goals and enhance engagement.
